What This Experience Revealed
One thing became very clear during the competition.
Presence is not only about beauty or appearance.
The women who stood out the most were those who carried themselves with calm confidence — in the way they walked, spoke, and held attention in the room.
Posture.
Body language.
Confidence.
The ability to stay relaxed while being watched.
These subtle details make a powerful difference.
How This Connects to My Work
This experience reinforced something I had already been observing for years while working with women.
Presence can be developed.
It is a combination of internal confidence, body awareness, and the ability to express yourself clearly and comfortably — even when attention is on you.
These principles later became part of the Magnetic Presence Method, which I now use to help women develop the kind of presence that is felt the moment they enter a room.
